Payment methods
Lejre Land of Legends accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.
Lejre Land of Legends we encrypt all your card details with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Delivery
Lejre Land of Legends we try to strive to ship orders placed before 12:00 noon on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will not be shipped until the following day.
Lejre Land of Legends pBS will arrange for delivery by Post Danmark (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the date requested in the order. However, timely delivery requires that Post Danmark complies with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at Post Danmark, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date. Post Danmark’s quality target for delivery reliability is a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. However, please note that these percentages are average and may cover large local and time-limited variations. Lejre Land of Legends cannot be held responsible for delays at Post Danmark. In the event of very delayed (several days) or non-delivery, Lejre Land of Legends will of course send a new delivery free of charge.
Right of complaint
Lejre Land of Legends provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about defects and defects that should be discovered by usual examination of the product must be notified to Lejre Land of Legends within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or, by agreement, possible credit. In connection with complaints, Lejre Land of Legends will pay return costs to a reasonable extent.

Returns can also be made to this address – please note that we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or by delivering the goods personally to us. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is facilitated if adequate information accompanies the package – for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which the refund can be made, copy of any previous correspondence, etc.
Refund
In the event of agreed reductions, returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are normally always made to the means of payment from which the payment was made.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of return on goods covered by the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, calculated from the day they are received, then 14 days to send it back. if you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item is received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You are responsible for the cost of the return.
The consumer can cancel a purchase even if the item has been used. An item is only used if it is used beyond what is possible by trying it out in a physical store. If the item is used, a concrete assessment is made of what the item as used can be sold for to another consumer.
Tickets, family stays and similar services
Sagnlandet Lejre complies with the rules and guidelines on the right of withdrawal in Danish legislation. In the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you can read the exact provisions in the area, which means that there is no right of withdrawal for goods and services in connection with leisure and cultural offers that are valid for a specific time – this includes accommodation, catering and tickets. Read more at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority or directly in the Consumer Contracts Act chapter 4, §18 no. 12.
Photo consent when purchasing a homestay
When purchasing a family stay in Lejre Land of Legends, all participants automatically consent to Lejre Land of Legends being free to use the photographs taken for marketing Lejre Land of Legends. This applies to use as press photos, in brochures, catalogs, advertisements, posters, in connection with communication as well as in books and on Lejre Land of Legends’ website and other digital platforms where Lejre Land of Legends is represented (such as Facebook, Intagram, Youtube and other social media).the consent is given for Lejre Land of Legends’ own use, as well as for Lejre Land of Legends’ dissemination of photos for use in books, publications, web pages and the like, where the photos are included in a natural context with what is being communicated and where the medium respects the spirit of Lejre Land of Legends. (Such as exhibitions, school books, history books and educational platforms and editorial coverage of Lejre Land of Legends)
Photos are not taken during all family stays in the past. You will always be able to recognize Lejre Land of Legends’ professional photographer by the uniform, which is printed with the logo and the text ‘Lejre Land of Legends’. It is therefore possible to remove yourself if you do not wish to be photographed.
