What is Lejre Land of Legends?
Would you like to give your customers or colleagues an alternative setting for a meeting, conference or team building? Then we have a unique landscape where the wings of history become tangible and present.
Lejre Land of Legends is an atmospheric and exciting destination for the whole family. Here you’ll find houses and environments from the Stone Age, Iron Age, Viking Age and the 1800s, as well as working workshops and old livestock breeds. All in 43 hectares of unique nature with hills, forests, lakes and meadows.
When you book an event in Lejre Land of Legends, you are helping to support a non-profit educational activity center founded in 1964 to create new knowledge about the past through experimentation. By holding your event in Lejre Land of Legends, you and your company contribute to us being able to maintain our non-profit purpose and work: To make history come alive for young and old through our research, education and communication.

What we offer
The King’s Hall
If you want to give your guests a very special experience, you can hold a meeting in the middle of history in the cradle of Denmark in the King’s Hall. Kongehallen is a cultural-historical lighthouse in Lejre and in Denmark. Here the present meets the past.
Café Hvidesøhus
Outside Lejre Land of Legends’ opening hours, you can book Café Hvidesøhus as a meeting room for smaller groups. Here you get the best view of Lejre Land of Legends and the historic atmosphere of the 18th-century speakeasy.
The Raven Hall
Get out of the city and hold your meeting in the middle of nature. A modern meeting room with Zealand’s first national park right outside the door. For the large group in need of modern IT/AV.
Hugin & Munin
Get out of the city and hold a meeting in the middle of nature. Modern meeting room with Zealand’s first national park right outside the door. For the smaller group in need of modern IT/AV.

The King’s Hall
In Kongehallen it is possible to hold full-day and half-day meetings and receptions. The minimum payment is 50 people and the price per guest varies depending on the event you are considering.
It is possible to set up Kongehallen for both a seated dinner (50 – 210 people) or a movie theater setup with screen (50 – 149 people). It can also be set up for a seated performance on the stage floor (50 – 248 people). The King’s Hall can only be booked outside of Lejre Land of Legends’ normal opening hours.
Café Hvidesøhus
In Café Hvidesøhus it is possible to hold full-day and half-day meetings and receptions. The café offers inspiring rooms reminiscent of 19th-century houses. The minimum payment is 12 people and the price per guest varies depending on the event you are considering.
It is possible to set up Café Hvidesøhus for both a seated dinner (12 – 48 people) or a movie theater setup with screen (12 – 60 people). The café can only be booked outside of Lejre Land of Legends’ normal opening hours.
The Raven Hall
In Ravnesalen it is possible to hold full-day and half-day meetings and receptions. The minimum payment is 20 people and the price per guest varies depending on the event you are considering.
It is possible to set up Ravnesalen for both a seated dinner (20 – 60 people) or a movie theater setup with screen (20 – 80 people). The conference rooms can be booked all year round.
Hugin & Munin
Hugin & Munin is for smaller groups. Here it is possible to hold full-day and half-day meetings, as well as receptions. The minimum payment is 12 people and the price per guest varies depending on the event you are considering.
It is possible to set up Hugin or Munin for both a seated dinner (12 – 24 people) or a movie theater setup with screen (12 – 35 people). The conference rooms can be booked all year round.
