In the marketplace, the pewter moulders are ready and waiting. Here you can mould your own figure in pewter. In addition to soldiers galore, they have moulds for cannons, hearts and the finest ballerina.

In the 1800s, Constitution Day was an excursion day with festive activities
for the whole family. This is also the case in 2026 in Lejre Land of Legends, where
the theme this year is the Danish Realm.
The entire area will be decorated for a party and filled with activities, stalls,
games, folk dancing and much more. There will also be historical speeches from both
Faroe Islands and Greenland. So we can safely guarantee a wonderful day of celebration for
the whole family.
So pack your picnic blanket and celebrate Constitution Day in Lejre Land of Legends.

The market square is filled with stalls. There’s coffee and apple slices, pottery, yarn, hats and toys from the old days.

Lejre Land of Legends’ own musicians start the party with lively music. You are more than welcome to take a turn while they play in the area.
