A moment of silence in the Viking King’s Mead Hall<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every day between 13:00 and 13:30 we surrender the royal hall to silence. Step over the threshold, find your place by the fire and let the flames guide you to Sindero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, in the light of the blazing fire, you will have the space to practice what the old quads call sefa or svefja: the ability to quiet the mind and find stillness in silence. Let the mighty beams and carved ornaments set the scene for a deep, Nordic Kyrr\u00f0: a silence full of presence, where the architecture is allowed to speak to the mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is your time to find Hugr\u00f3; the peace of mind and refined inner calm that the kings and bards of the past held as the highest ideal. Dwell with patience, respect the peace of the space and let your inner self find rest in the essence of the hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
